With offices in Maidstone, Gravesend, Chatham and Tenterden, at Hatten Wyatt Solicitors we advise families and business owners across Kent and beyond.
Our firm has highly-experienced partners and a total of 80 staff, all of whom are specialists in their particular areas of law. Our sole focus is on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
We go the extra mile to ensure that you will be satisfied, and many of our new clients come to us because they have been personally recommended by one of our happy clients.
We pride ourselves on being ‘professional, approachable and efficient’.
We provide a comprehensive range of legal services for businesses, and for families and individuals. All our lawyers are qualified experts and undertake regular training to ensure that they are up to date in their area of law.
We keep abreast of current thinking and practice and aim to provide cost effective and practical solutions for our clients. Paramount to our approach is ensuring that relationships with our clients are exceptional.
Our lawyers are friendly, accessible and speak in plain English. We do our best to put you at ease, and we make sure that you understand all your options before deciding on the best way forward.
For clients with mobility problems, we can also offer meetings at your home, in hospital or in a care facility.
We operate the latest systems for practice management and case tracking and our training ensures that all our staff take a cost-effective approach to the matter that they are working on.
We understand that your time is precious too, and we offer meetings via Skype or a conference call where appropriate.
In the community
Hatten Wyatt prides itself in playing an integral part in the local community. We support fundraising projects and events through sponsorship and volunteering, such as the Ellenor Hospice, Gravesend’s Christmas tree, the Paul Greengrass Cinema at The Woodville Halls, Northfleet Carnival as well as local sports clubs.
We like to nurture future legal talent by taking on students from local schools for work experience. By doing so we hope to find the next rising star to join the team!
The firm was proud to sponsor and judge the KEiBA 2017 Small Business of the Year Award, and in 2018-19 we will be supporting the Gravesham Business Awards.
At Hatten Wyatt, as part of our commitment to equality and diversity, we collect and publish data relating to the diversity of our staff. The data is collected anonymously and on a voluntary basis and is submitted to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) to assist them in monitoring the diversity of the legal profession as a whole. A copy of our workforce diversity data can be found here.
