Our firm has highly-experienced partners and a total of 80 staff, all of whom are specialists in their particular areas of law. Our sole focus is on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.

We are regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and are members of the Law Society, where we are accredited for family law, residential conveyancing and criminal litigation.

For clients with mobility problems, we can also offer meetings at your home, in hospital or in a care facility.


We operate the latest systems for practice management and case tracking and our training ensures that all our staff take a cost-effective approach to the matter that they are working on.

We understand that your time is precious too, and we offer meetings via Skype or a conference call where appropriate.

In the community

Hatten Wyatt prides itself in playing an integral part in the local community. We support fundraising projects and events through sponsorship and volunteering, such as the Ellenor Hospice, Gravesend’s Christmas tree, the Paul Greengrass Cinema at The Woodville Halls, Northfleet Carnival as well as local sports clubs.

We like to nurture future legal talent by taking on students from local schools for work experience. By doing so we hope to find the next rising star to join the team!

The firm was proud to sponsor and judge the KEiBA 2017 Small Business of the Year Award, and in 2018-19 we will be supporting the Gravesham Business Awards.

We usually offer an initial appointment to discuss your requirements at a fixed cost.  Depending on the support that you require, we also offer a range of funding options which can be tailored to suit your needs.
