Krishna joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in June 2019. She gained her degree in Law with Criminology LLB at the University of Brighton and Professional Legal Practice with a Masters of Science in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.
Currently, Krishna is nearing the end of her first seat in Litigation and the Company & Commercial department. She has supported and predominantly worked on reviewing contracts (including Personal Guarantees, SPA’s and Settlement Agreements and many more), insolvency matters including statutory demands and winding-up petitions as well as assisting on property disputes.
Alongside this, she assists her colleagues in the Non-Residential Indian (NRI) department and has helped many NRI clients in matters concerning property owned by family members and Power of Attorney.
As part of her training contract, Krishna will be moving between different practice areas and her second seat will be in the Conveyancing department.
