Hannah Mooney
Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2006 after completing her law degree and legal Practice course at DeMontfort University in Leicester. Hannah joined Hatten Wyatt in September 2022 after having previously worked in Kent throughout her working career.
Since qualifying Hannah has been specialising in residential conveyancing and has been fortunate enough to deal with a varied caseload which enable her to not only deal with standard transactions but also those which can present challenges for which solutions must be reached. She recently dealt with instructions which involved her dealing with the purchase of a number of rural properties for which no rights of access had been afforded.
Hannah has over 20 years of experience as a conveyancing solicitor and primarily deals with the following:

- Dealing with New Builds/Off-plan purchases;
- Right to Buy purchases from local councils;
- Transfer of Equity;
- Equity Releases;
- Shared ownership;
- First mortgages and re-mortgages;
- Transfer of Parts;
- Unregistered land; and
- Acting for clients with portfolios of property investments
