Geetha joined Hatten Wyatt as Head of Conveyancing.   Geetha has over 20 years of experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing.     

Geetha provide expert legal advice and support throughout the property transaction and has been fortunate enough to deal with a varied caseload which enable her to not only deal with standard transactions but also those which can present challenges for which solutions must be reached.  Geetha lead a skilled team of conveyancers and manage the efficient progression of cases, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service, leaving you with peace of mind and stress-free experience throughout the process. 

Geetha primarily deals with the following:

Residential Property

  • Sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties;
  • Transfer of Equity;
  • Equity Releases;
  • Shared ownership;
  • Re-mortgages;
  • Right to Buy purchases from local councils;
  • Acting for clients with portfolios of property investments

Geetha is predominantly based in our Tonbridge office but advises clients throughout London, Kent as well as further afield. We also offer appointments by telephone or conference call if suitable or convenient.
