Practice Area:Wills and Trusts

In the absence of a Will, the law decides the persons who take your assets and you may not want these persons to have a share of your assets.
We can deal with the preparation of your Will to ensure that your assets are dealt with by persons of your choice and that those assets pass to Beneficiaries of your choice. Wills can be used to set up Trusts, appoint Guardians for children and to minimise Inheritance Tax.
In the absence of a suitable person, we ourselves can be appointed as Executors and Trustees of a Will.
