Company/Commercial Solicitor with Civil Litigation Experience
Hatten Wyatt has a position for a company/commercial solicitor 3 years + PQE to join our Practice. This challenging role will involve developing our company/commercial presence further, and offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. In addition to the company/commercial skills, the ideal candidate will also have a good working knowledge of employment law and general civil litigation. The position requires that the candidate has the ability to generate work, build contacts and market the Practice. Salary commensurate with experience.

Criminal Duty Solicitor
We currently have a position for a Duty Solicitor to join our existing department. The candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience as well as driving license and vehicle. The role will involve out of hours work. This is a challenging and rewarding role for the right candidate. A thorough understanding of the Legal Aid requirements is essential along with solid business acumen. The ideal candidate must have good written and advocacy skills as well as be willing to work as part of a team.

Family Solicitor with Child Law Experience
Hatten Wyatt currently has a position for a Family Solicitor to expand our already strong department. This is a challenging and rewarding role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years experience in Family law and have a thorough understanding of Legal Aid. The Candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in family litigation, including exposure to the following areas:
- - Divorce/Separation
- - Co-Habitation Issues
- - Child Law
- - Ancillary Relief
- - Membership of Relevant Panels
An understanding of the Legal Aid requirements is essential along with solid business acumen. The candidate must be willing to work as part of a team.

Mental Health Solicitor
The Firm requires a mental health solicitor with 3 years PQE, ideally with a panel membership to undertake restricted and unrestricted hearings. The Candidate The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with minimum supervision and have supervisor status. A thorough understanding of the Legal Aid requirements is essential along with solid business acumen to develop the department further. The ideal candidate must have good advocacy skills and be willing to work as part of a team.
